Pete Sessions, NRCC Chair, Stumbles, Turns To Bush Agenda When Asked How GOP Would Cut Deficit

When asked on specifics how the Republican party would balance the budget, Sessions answered with “We will balance the budget”, then mentions that they need to “read the bills”.

When National Republican Senatorial Committee Chairman, Sen. John Cornyn (R-Tex.) was asked what he would do, he deferred to forthcoming results from a finance commission which the Obama Administration formed because the GOP blocked.

Yes, Mr. Sessions, you do need to read the bills.

John Boehner proposes a Moratorium on Federal Regulations…  because there is uncertainty about regulational details.

Isn’t that what got us into this mess – lack of regulations?

Further, shouldn’t Congress pass what they are going to pass, and move on so businesses know how to move forward, versus further delaying the unknown?

U.S. Last in Health Care Among 7 Industrialized Countries – Yahoo! News

Compared with 6 other industrialized nations, the U.S. ranks last in terms of care quality, efficiency and access, among other factors.  This ranking is despite the U.S. spending over $7,000 per capita on health care in 2007, versus the Netherlands, who ranks first and spends under $4,000 per capita.
